Rez is designed so that data read from customer network devices is cryptographically anonymized before analysis. Specifically:

  • IP addresses, hostnames, and sensitive identifiers are masked before reaching the reasoning layer
  • Anonymization uses AES-128, prefix-preserving tokenization
  • For PCAP analysis, raw capture files remain in the customer environment. Only anonymized metrics are processed
  • Rezonance Networks does not train AI models on customer data

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Rez platform
  • Manage early-access and design partner programs
  • Send product updates, service notifications, and relevant communications
  • Analyze website usage to improve our content and user experience
