Rez is designed so that data read from customer network devices is cryptographically anonymized before analysis. Specifically:

IP addresses, hostnames, and sensitive identifiers are masked before reaching the reasoning layer
Anonymization uses AES-128, prefix-preserving tokenization
For PCAP analysis, raw capture files remain in the customer environment. Only anonymized metrics are processed
Rezonance Networks does not train AI models on customer data

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries and support requests
Operate, maintain, and improve the Rez platform
Manage early-access and design partner programs
Send product updates, service notifications, and relevant communications
Analyze website usage to improve our content and user experience
