These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rezonance Networks website, Rez early-access programs, and related services provided by Rezonance Networks, Inc. ("Rezonance," "we," "our," or "us").
Rez is provided for incident investigation, network troubleshooting support, and related product evaluation use. Features, service limits, and availability may change during the early-access period. Rezonance Networks reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

By using Rez, you represent that you have the authority to connect the systems, provide the data, and authorize the evaluation of your network environment. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Rez complies with your organization's policies and applicable regulations.
Rez is designed to operate in read-only mode. It does not modify network configuration, push changes, or execute write operations. All commands are pre-approved and allowlist-enforced. Customers remain fully responsible for operational decisions and any remediation actions taken in their environments based on Rez findings.
Rezonance Networks retains all rights, title, and interest in the Rez platform, software, algorithms, mathematical reasoning methods, and related intellectual property. Our technology is protected by patent-pending claims. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described here.
The service is provided on an "as-available" basis during the early-access period, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose. Rez findings are intended to assist engineering teams, not replace professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezonance Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Either party may terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
